Job Description: The Fairmont La Marina Rabat Sal is recruiting a Spa Therapist to join its team. The responsibilities and essential functions of the position include: Welcoming, advising, and selling spa treatments and products. Preparing, organizing, and maintaining the treatment room according to scheduled appointments and the establishment's standards. Performing aesthetic and wellness treatments in accordance with protocols, quality standards, and service times. Managing and monitoring the inventory of products, linens, and equipment necessary for the activity. Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and reporting any anomalies to the Spa Manager or the technical department. Guaranteeing the cleanliness, hygiene, and disinfection of work areas in accordance with current procedures. Handling client requests and complaints professionally and informing management. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the quality of service. Respect the health, safety, hygiene procedures and the environmental commitments of the establishment.
