The Experienced Legal Counsel acts as a legal reference for operational and functional departments. They support the company's strategic projects, secure contractual commitments, and ensure the compliance of activities with applicable regulations. They bring their expertise in business law and participate in the management of legal risks.

Main Responsibilities

• Legal Advice and Support
  • Advise operational departments on all legal issues.
  • Analyze and interpret applicable regulations and contractual clauses.
  • Support teams in managing legal and contractual risks.
  • Ensure continuous legal and regulatory watch.
• Contract Management
  • Draft, analyze, negotiate, and validate commercial contracts.
  • Secure company commitments and identify contractual risks.
  • Participate in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Update contractual models and internal procedures.
• Litigation and Compliance Management
  • Follow up on pre-litigation and litigation in coordination with law firms.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Participate in compliance audits and the implementation of action plans.
  • Raise awareness among teams on legal and compliance issues.
• Support for Strategic Projects
  • Support transformation and innovation projects and commercial operations.
  • Intervene on topics related to data protection, intellectual property, or public procurement as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bac+5 in Business Law, Corporate Law, or equivalent. Specialized Master's degree or additional training appreciated.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in an IT services company (ESN). Proficiency in negotiation and contract drafting.
• Technical Skills: Excellent command of business law and contracts. Good knowledge of corporate law. Knowledge in compliance, data protection, intellectual property, or public procurement appreciated. Mastery of legal risk analysis and management techniques.
• Personal Qualities: Rigor and analytical skills. Excellent writing skills. Synthesis and advisory skills. Interpersonal skills and negotiation ability. Autonomy, proactivity, and discretion.
• Languages: Fluent French. Professional English strongly desired.
