تُعَد أدوات فني الصيانة لاعباً أساسياً في سلسلة قيمة SAESC. يجب أن يضمن أدوات فني الصيانة توفرها في حالة جيدة وجميع الأدوات اللازمة للإنتاج ضمن المواعيد المحددة وأن يقوم بإجراء الإصلاح والصيانة الوقائية للأدوات.
المهام الرئيسية:
- ضمان استلام والتحقق من صحة الأدوات
- التحقق من التطابق والحالة للأدوات
- إدارة الوثائق الفنية ودمجها في الأنظمة المخصصة
- مراقبة وصيانة قاعدة بيانات الأدوات
- التخطيط ومتابعة عمليات الصيانة والمعايرة
- تصميم، تعديل وتحسين الأدوات القائمة
- ضمان توفر الأدوات للإنتاج
- إصلاح الأدوات / صيانة الأدوات
- ضمان إدارة مخازن الحجز بشكل جيد وفق المتطلبات التنظيمية

- التدريب: فني صيانة، ميكانيكا، تصنيع أو ما يعادلها
- الخبرة: لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منصب مماثل (ويفضل في الصناعة)
- المهارات الفنية:
- التصميم الميكانيكي (CAD)
- إدارة وصيانة الأدوات
- قراءة المخططات والمعايير الصناعية
- الصفات الشخصية:

The Maintenance Technician Tools is an essential player in the SAESC value chain. The Maintenance Technician Tools must ensure the availability, in good condition, of all the tools necessary for production within the set deadlines and carry out the repair and preventive maintenance of the tools.
Main Missions:
- Ensure the reception and validation of tools
- Verify the conformity and condition of the tools
- Manage technical documentation and its integration into dedicated systems
- Monitor and maintain the tool database
- Plan and monitor maintenance and calibration operations
- Design, modify and improve existing tools
- Ensure the availability of tools for production
- Repair of tools / maintenance of tools
- Ensure good management of quarantine stores according to regulatory requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Training: Technician in maintenance, mechanics, industrialization or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position (ideally in industry)
- Technical skills:
- Mechanical design (CAD)
- Tool management and maintenance
- Reading of plans and industrial standards
- Personal qualities:
