يقود برنامج تقليل تكاليف PMA وينسّق مبادرات خفض التكاليف لنظام فرعي للمركبة أو عائلة مكونات. يحوّل أفكار التحسين إلى مشاريع ملموسة ومخططة وقابلة للتنفذ، مع ضمان التنسيق بين الفرق التقنية وفرق الشراء والبرنامج. يعمل هذا الدور كمركز تشغيلي لضمان تنفيذ فعال، ومتابعة الوفورات وتكاليف التشغيل، والالتزام بمواعيد نشر إجراءات التحسين.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحديد وبناء فرص تقليل التكاليف على نظام فرعي للمركبة أو عائلة مكونات.
- تحويل أفكار التحسين إلى مشاريع ملموسة مع التخطيط والمعالم والتسليمات.
- إدارة تنفيذ إجراءات خفض التكاليف بالتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والشراء والبرنامج.
- تحليل وحدات ومكونات الميكاترونيك لتحديد سبل التحسين التقنية أو الصناعية.
- ضمان متابعة المكاسب الاقتصادية، والتقارير، وتصعيد المخاطر أو العوائق.
- ضمان الامتثال للمواعيد والأهداف المتعلقة بخفض التكاليف المحددة من قبل البرنامج.
المرشح المثالي
الملف الشخصي:- درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الميكاترونيك أو الهندسة الكهروميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
- من 0 إلى 3 سنوات خبرة في صناعة السيارات أو التنقل.
- خبرة في: تطوير وحدات ميكاترونيك أو مكونات، تقليل التكلفة/تحليل القيمة، التنسيق الفني أو إدارة المشاريع

The PMA Cost Reduction Pilot leads and coordinates cost reduction initiatives for a vehicle subsystem or component family. They transform optimization ideas into concrete, planned, and executable projects, while ensuring coordination between technical, purchasing, and program teams. This role acts as an operational hub, guaranteeing effective implementation, monitoring of cost savings, and adherence to deployment deadlines for optimization actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and structure cost reduction opportunities on a vehicle subsystem or component family.
- Transforming optimization ideas into concrete projects with planning, milestones and deliverables.
- Manage the implementation of cost reduction actions in coordination with the engineering, purchasing and program teams.
- Analyze mechatronic modules and components to identify avenues for technical or industrial optimization.
- Ensure the monitoring of economic gains, reporting and escalation of risks or blockages.
- Ensure compliance with the deadlines and cost reduction objectives defined by the program.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:- Mechanical, mechatronics, electromechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in the automotive or mobility industry.
- Experience in: Development of mechatronic modules or components, cost reduction/value engineering, technical coordination or project management
- Hard Skills: Knowledge of vehicle systems and modules; Understanding of mechatronic components; Cost reduction methodologies / value analysis / value engineering; Technical analysis of components; Technical project management; Interaction with purchasing and suppliers; Reading and understanding of technical files (CAD, BOM, specifications); Tools: Advanced Excel / savings tracking; PLM / BOM management; Project management tools.
