Reporting to the Shared Services Center Manager, your role is to contribute to decision-making through data reports and analyses. As a Junior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for the design and development of BI or digital solutions using appropriate tools and technologies for end users. You will be responsible for the various phases, from requirements gathering and writing functional and technical specifications to delivery, monitoring, and support. Your main responsibilities will include: Data Analysis: Data Collection and Management: Identifying, collecting, and consolidating data from various sources. Ensuring data quality and integrity to guarantee accurate and reliable analyses. Identifying data anomalies to ensure optimal data sources for analysis. Report Creation and Reporting: Design and develop business intelligence (BI) solutions using appropriate tools and technologies to make them usable by end users. Ensure the updating and maintenance of reports and reporting. Continuous Improvement: Monitor technological and methodological developments in the field of business intelligence. Propose and implement continuous improvements to processes, tools, and practices to optimize the effectiveness and relevance of BI solutions. Strategic Monitoring: Track market trends and best practices in business intelligence. Identify opportunities for innovation and development to improve business performance through data analysis. Project Management: Take full responsibility for digital transformation and BI projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and objectives. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs. Identifying project requirements, objectives, and constraints. Training and support: Creating various content materials (user guides, processes, etc.) using PowerPoint, SharePoint, or other formats. Providing user support and training on new reports and applications. Providing technical support to teams regarding the use of BI tools and digital applications. Maintenance within the defined scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

Freshly graduated or with up to 2 years of experience, you have a higher education degree and have already held a similar position. Rigor, dynamism, and strong interpersonal skills are qualities that perfectly describe you. You are proficient in the following tools: Power BI, its languages, and external tools; SQL databases. Proficiency in the following tools is a plus: Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, SharePoint
