As part of strengthening our teams, BTechnologie, a subsidiary of Bouygues Telecom, is looking for a Data Analyst with experience in the FTTH and Telecom world.

Your mission:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from FTTH activities.
• Develop and maintain reporting and steering dashboards.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and levers for performance improvement.
• Produce analyses to optimize FTTH operations processes and quality.
• Implement and monitor Telecom / FTTH KPIs.
• Automate and ensure the reliability of data processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into relevant data solutions.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the data used.

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Data, Statistics, IT, Telecom, or equivalent field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, ideally in a Telecom / FTTH environment.
• Good understanding of processes and issues related to the deployment and operation of FTTH networks.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Very good command of Excel: advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, analysis, and ideally Power Query.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and data visualization.
• Skills in Python for analysis and automation would be a plus.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to transform data into concrete recommendations.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with various business and technical stakeholders.
