Job Description Context: CORAIL is the Convergence of Logistics Processes and Applications project for the upstream part of the logistics chain: all flows contributing to the availability of parts on the production lines at manufacturing sites and their optimization. This information system is currently being deployed across all of the group's manufacturing sites, primarily the OV (Opel Vauxhall) subsidiaries. The major difference with the systems that CORAIL replaces (such as HERMES, MAESTRO, PEGASE) is, in addition to the inter-site standardization (PSA as well as OV) that is taking place, the flow-based view (internal as well as external) rather than simple inventory management.

Mission: Within the framework of the CORAIL project and the deployment of the information system in OPEL and PSA plants, under the guidance of the CORAIL Deployment Project Manager (PPIT entity within the PSA Group's DSC), the Business Process Convergence Pilot is responsible for: Preparing all logistics data to be integrated into CORAIL at the time of the production switchover (Purchasing, Quality, Packaging, and Distribution data). Maintaining ongoing communication with the Plant and partner departments to retrieve missing data (managing roadblocks, facilitating discussions, and escalating issues). Simplifying and converging the Excel and Access tools used for data migration (identifying or anticipating needs, development, writing user manuals, deployment, and day-to-day maintenance of the tools).

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac +5) with 1-3 years of experience. Proficient and independent use of Excel (including VBA). Proficient in Access. Ability to lead meetings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills (follow-up with partners), initiative. Knowledge of general principles of the Automotive Supply Chain. Fluent in English.
