Summary

Arrow is seeking aBusiness-Oriented MDM Analyst to support its global Master Data Management program by working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, business-relevant data.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for master data

  
  
  

• Work with users to understand data needs and use cases

  
  
  

• Ensure customer, vendor, and product data meets business rules (e.g., VAT/tax completeness)

  
  
  

• Identify data quality issues and coordinate fixes with IT/MDM teams

  
  
  

• Support reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights

  
  
  

• Act as the bridge between business functions within Arrow (ECS & Components) and technical teams

  
  
  

Profile

• 1–3 years inbusiness analysis, data analysis, or MDM

  
  
  

• Knowledge ofInformatica MDM

  
  
  

• Strong stakeholder communication and listening skills

  
  
  

• Comfortable working in global teams
