Ensure the sourcing, negotiation, and purchase of goods, materials, and services to meet the operational needs of the factory.

Specifically, you will:

• Prepare price requests (RFQs) or tender requests (RFPs) for major requests, send them to suppliers, and collect the received offers.
• Establish comparative tables based on supplier quotes for factory contracts and purchases.
• Negotiate with suppliers within defined authority thresholds.
• Contribute to the development of new suppliers and the expansion of the existing portfolio (supplier research, supplier visits, etc.) to ensure speed, accuracy, and competitive costs in line with Nestlé guidelines.
• Participate in the sourcing, management, and negotiation of different spending categories related to annual contracts.
• Support the company's overall objectives by ensuring the continuity of supplies necessary for operations.
• Manage daily claims with suppliers and escalate critical issues to the Procurement Specialist.
• Handle technical aspects related to MRP (MRP monitoring, RFQ launch, comparative analyses, purchase order creation requests to NBS, updating spare parts references in coordination with the Engineering team and Warehouse Supervisor).
• Ensure that suppliers deliver the required materials, spare parts, and services on time for the factory.
• Monitor the execution of purchase orders (order confirmation, anticipation of delivery dates, collection of necessary documents in advance, etc.) until reception in the warehouse.
• Follow up with the freight forwarder for the customs clearance of all imported goods.
• Track supplier performance and implement necessary corrective actions.
