Job :
Under the supervision of the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Deploy Lean tools and methods on production lines (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, etc.)
- Identify sources of waste and lead continuous improvement projects
- Support operational teams in implementing action plans
- Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions
- Participate in the company's operational excellence culture
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Food Industry, Industrial Engineering, Lean Management, or a similar field.
- Profile specialized in Quality, with good knowledge of the food industry environment.
- • Good knowledge of continuous improvement methods and tools, and Lean Management.
- • 1 to 2 years of previous experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, Lean, or in a food industry environment is desired.
- • Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and ability to work on the ground.
- • Good communication and team support skills.
