Job Description Context: CORAIL is the Convergence of Logistics Processes and Applications project for the upstream part of the logistics chain: all flows contributing to the availability of parts on the production lines at the manufacturing sites and their optimization. This information system is currently being deployed across all of the group's manufacturing sites. Responsibilities: Within the framework of the CORAIL project and the deployment of the information system, under the guidance of the CORAIL Deployment Project Manager, the Business Process Convergence Pilot is responsible for: Preparing all logistics data to be integrated into CORAIL at the time of the production switchover (Purchasing, Quality, Packaging, and Distribution data). Maintaining ongoing communication with the Plant and partner departments to retrieve missing data (managing roadblocks, facilitating discussions, and escalating issues). Activities to simplify and converge the Excel and Access tools used in the context of data migration (need to identify or anticipate, development, writing user manuals, making available, day-to-day aspects of the tools).

Qualifications: Bac +5 (Master's degree) 1-3 years of experience Advanced and autonomous use of Excel (including VBA) Autonomous use of Access Ability to lead meetings Strong action-oriented skills Excellent interpersonal skills (follow-up with partners), initiative Knowledge of general principles of the Automotive Supply Chain Working knowledge of English (independent)
