Within the LEGACY Assembly department and reporting hierarchically to the Legacy Assembly UAP Manager, your mission will be to develop team involvement (enhancing communication and information, managing and developing employee skills). Your main activities will include: organizing and administering your department, and in particular, publishing normative documents outlining the distribution of tasks and responsibilities within your team; establishing workload forecasts, in accordance with program requirements, and ensuring their execution; maintaining constant contact with support functions to integrate the actions of your sector into their activities, in order to meet requirements and anticipate events; monitoring operating budgets and productivity parameters to meet economic targets for hourly rates; and ensuring the achievement of collective and individual objectives set within time, cost, and other constraints. Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac +5) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You have experience in team management and a good understanding of project management. You are able to work at different organizational levels and support operational staff on the ground. You are capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You are autonomous and place great importance on communication.
