Assets Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance, value, and lifespan of an organization's assets.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and inspections of assets to identify potential issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT and Facility, to ensure effective asset management practices.
  4. Monitor and analyze asset performance data to make informed decisions on asset maintenance, replacement, or disposal.
  5. Develop and maintain asset management plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  6. Manage asset-related projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to achieve desired outcomes.
  7. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
  8. Prepare regular reports on asset performance, status, and related financial impacts for management review.

 

 


Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.2. Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, facilities management, or a related field.3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.4. In-depth knowledge of asset management methodologies, tools, and techniques.5. Proficiency in asset management software and relevant IT systems.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.7. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.9. Flexibility to travel when required.10. Certifications in asset management, such as CAMS (Certified Asset Management Specialist) or CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional), are considered a plus.
