Junior Sales - Freight Forwarding

Paradigm Cargo is a globally positioned freight forwarding company based in Egypt, specializing in tailoring logistical solutions for a diverse array of industries. Our strategic location enables us to seamlessly fulfill global logistical requirements for businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in daily sales activities from prospect generation to deal closure
• Identifying new business prospects
• Supporting the cultivation and maintenance of customer relationships
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Contributing to achieving sales targets for the freight service lines
• Collaborating with the Operations department to fulfill RFQ and monitor customer shipments
• Assisting in cultivating and onboarding new business accounts
• Supporting the team in meeting sales goals and contributing to the company's objectives.

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
• Basic understanding of logistics and the freight industry
