Profile sought:
Mandatory experience of 4 to 5 years within a real estate agency
Good knowledge of the Tangier real estate market
Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
Mastery of negotiation and prospecting techniques
Listening skills, autonomy, and results-oriented
Required profile :
Prospect and develop a client portfolio
Ensure the marketing of real estate properties
Support clients throughout the sales/rental process
Organize visits and negotiate offers
Ensure regular follow-up of client files
