• Contribute to updating the SMCA repository (policies, procedures, plans).
• Support business units in developing and updating Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Participate in the formalization and updating of:

• Business Continuity Plans (BCP).

• Work Area Recovery Plans (WARP).

• Crisis Management Plans (CMP).

• Contribute to the planning and organization of continuity tests and crisis exercises.
• Ensure follow-up of test results and associated action plans.
• Update plans based on lessons learned (lessons learned).
• Participate in the logistical and organizational preparation of crisis cells.
• Assist during exercises or real crises (note-taking, action tracking, reporting).
• Contribute to the preparation of crisis communication materials.
• Contribute to the consolidation of continuity and crisis management indicators.
• Participate in the preparation of internal and Group reports (OMEA, DSEC).
• Ensure follow-up of action plans.
• Participate in the preparation of awareness materials.
• Contribute to the organization of training and internal communication sessions.

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Risk Management, Audit, Management, IT Security, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, audit, internal control, or crisis management.
• Good knowledge of BCP/DRP, BIA, and operational resilience measures.
• ISO 22301 certification (Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor, or equivalent) strongly desired.
