Job Description
The Quality Pilot reports to the Product/Process Quality Manager within the
Quality/Compliance/Safety department. They are responsible for coordinating and supervising
the Product/Process Quality Representatives and ensuring product/process compliance
with internal and external standards (Part-145, ISO 9001, EN 9100, etc.).
1. Main Responsibilities
: Deploy the quality policy in collaboration with operational teams.
Measure, analyze, and improve quality performance by monitoring indicators
and defining monitoring plans.
Manage the handling of reported product/process non-conformities and ensure
follow-up on action plans until closure.
Manage and monitor the sustainability of quality rituals and implemented actions.
Participate in the various industrialization milestones and ensure the integration of
quality requirements in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
Collaborate with methods and production departments to standardize processes
and reduce variability.
Job Requirements
Education: Engineering degree in industrial, mechanical, or aeronautical engineering with
3-5 years of experience in quality or engineering, preferably
in the industrial sector (aeronautics, automotive, etc.).
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in quality tools and problem-solving: FMEA, 5 Whys,
Ishikawa diagram, PDCA,
- Experience in reading technical drawings, diagrams, and
maintenance manuals.
- Proficiency in software (e.g., SAP, Minitab, advanced Excel, traceability tools).
- Knowledge of the aeronautical MRO sector and processes
- Knowledge of Part-145, ISO 9001, and EN 9100 standards.
