Profile:
A university degree in book-related professions (Bachelor's +3/4) is strongly recommended, or a Bachelor's degree (in another field) with proven experience in a media library, library, school library, or youth programming.

Skills:
Proficiency in standard office software and database management.
Fluency in French (spoken, read, and written) is essential; proficiency in Darija (Moroccan Arabic) is an asset.
Proficiency in cataloging techniques (Dewey Decimal Classification).
Ability to supervise, manage, and lead projects.
Ability to supervise and work in a team.
Proficiency in standard office software and library management tools.
Proficiency in internet and database search methodologies.
Proficiency in new technologies and their integration into media library development.
Proficiency in social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Desired skills:
Knowledge of ICT, library software, and video games.
Good general knowledge.
Good knowledge of library science.
Good knowledge of French, Moroccan, and Francophone publishing.
Knowledge of PMB, Photoshop, or Illustrator software .
