الصيانة الوقائية والعلاجية لكامل المنشأة هي ملعبك: فإن تشغيل جميع المرافق الداخلية والخارجية بشكل سليم هو مسؤوليتك. ستنفذ برامج صيانة وقائية فعالة وإدارة الطاقة، وتنظِّم جلسات تدريب محددة مكرسة للاستخدام الآمن والفعال للطاقة والمعدات داخل الفندق. ستضمن رضا العملاء من خلال ضمان راحتهم وسلامتهم طوال إقامتهم.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور يتضمن الإدارة الفنية أو أعمال المباني (أنظمة كهربائية، التدفئة، التهوية وتكييف الهواء، أنظمة الطوارئ واحتياطات الاستخدام، معالجة المياه). قادر على دراسة وتحليل بيئة عملك، واتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة بالاتفاق مع الفريق، وتفسير المعلومات المعقدة لتحسين الممارسات. تريد تدريب أعضاء الفريق وتطوير مهاراتهم، الإدارة. يوصفك بأنك منظم، صارم ومنهجي! كما أنك لديك وعي بيئي جيد.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The preventive and curative maintenance of the entire establishment is your playground: the proper functioning of all indoor and outdoor facilities is your responsibility. You will implement effective preventive maintenance and energy management programs, and organize specific training sessions dedicated to the safe and efficient use of energy and equipment within the hotel. You will ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing their comfort and safety throughout their stay.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in a role involving technical management or building work (electrical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, emergency systems and precautions for use, water treatment). Able to study and analyze your work environment, make the right decisions in agreement with the team, and interpret complex information to improve practices. You want to train team members and develop their skills, Management. You are described as organized, rigorous and methodical! You also have good environmental awareness.
