المرشح المطلوب
حاصل على دبلوم تقني في مجال تقني أو صناعي. الخبرة السابقة في القطاع الصناعي مرغوبة بشدة.
معرفة جيدة بأساليب Lean-Sigma (نهج DMAIC، مبادئ Lean)؛ مهارات تواصل ومهارات شخصية قوية؛ روح الفريق؛ الانضباط والاستقلالية؛ مبادر وابداعي.
Actively participate in various continuous improvement projects; Organize workstations and production lines; Participate in the optimization of material, product, and people flows; Be the guarantor of continuous improvement activities within the designated zone(s); Balance workload: Takt time and pacing; Lead initiatives within your scope; Ensure PDCA activities related to various Lean initiatives and projects within your scope are kept up to date; Define the ergonomics of each workstation to optimize performance. Ensure each workstation is equipped with the means to respect the 5S standard; Participate in the deployment of the energy management system by respecting the energy consumption optimization guidelines at your workstation; Report any energy wastage and propose ideas for consumption reduction; Improve workshop organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Holder of a Technician diploma in a technical or industrial field. Previous experience in the industrial sector is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of Lean-Sigma techniques (DMAIC approach, Lean principles); Communication and strong interpersonal skills; Team spirit; Rigor and autonomy; Proactive and creative.
