As an integral part of the operations team, the Junior Operations Pilot participates in the monitoring and daily management of IT processes, ensuring the proper functioning of information systems in compliance with procedures and service level agreements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control batch processes, backups, file transfers, and application flows.
- Detect production incidents and ensure their follow-up according to established procedures.
- Alert relevant teams in case of malfunctions or anomalies.
- Guarantee the availability of production environments according to expected service levels.
- Participate in the automation of recurring tasks (scheduling, scripting, supervision).
- Prepare activity reports and update technical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with operations, infrastructure, and application support teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix).
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Dollar Universe, TWS).
- Basics in scripting (Shell, PowerShell).
- Awareness of production environments and supervision (Nagios, Centreon, etc.).
