Within the Finance Department, you will join the Master Data team, responsible for the execution and quality of the Group's Finance reference data: third-party suppliers, third-party customers, chart of accounts and analytical structure.

Qualifications :

Comp tences techniques

• Mastery of the reference data of an integrated ERP (Unit4 preferred; SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics accepted): third parties, analytical structures, chart of accounts.
• Proficiency with analytical structures: axes, restitution hierarchies, derivation rules, effective dates.
• Understanding of the downstream use of billing data, profit margin, management reporting, accounting sufficient to identify that a request is problematic and to escalate it.
• Sensitivity to internal control: separation of duties, prevention of fraud involving fake suppliers and fake changes to bank details.
• Compliance concepts applicable to third parties: VAT, legal identifiers, electronic invoicing, protection of personal data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, controls); familiarity with query and data quality tools is a plus.
• Ability to write a clear operating procedure and have it implemented.
• Professional French and English required (written and oral); English is essential for international scope takeovers.

Formation & exp rience

• Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in Management, Finance, Accounting or Management Information Systems (university, ENCG, ISCAE or equivalent).
• 2-4 years of experience in reference data / master data, sales administration, third-party accounting or ERP functional support, ideally in a multi-entity or international environment.
• Experience in business takeover or scope transfer between teams is an asset.
