About the offer: We are looking for a Convergence Conformity Pilot (0-2 years of experience) to join our team based in Casablanca. The Convergence Conformity Pilot is responsible for ensuring the technical conformity of the product and compliance with technical and quality standards throughout the project development. They collaborate with the Design Office, Quality, Production, Style, Suppliers, and Integrators teams to guarantee the achievement of project objectives, the convergence of technical solutions, and the continuous improvement of conformity processes and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Skills: Geometric tolerancing, Dimensioning and tolerancing, Assembly, Isostatism, Plastic materials, Plastics processing, GD&T / TGD, TGD NFT5800, Functional analysis

Main Missions:

• Ensure project schedule compliance with the generic schedule.
• Create and converge the gap and flush plan with the Design Office, Style team, and Quality team.
• Converge the quality objectives of the finished vehicle (IQx / DG / DVT).
• Ensure compliance with Product/Process technical standards.
• Approve deviations from technical standards.
• Create lists of CTFs and converge them with Suppliers.
• Define solutions for referencing assembly jigs and converge them with integrators.
• Develop the specifications for the realization of MAPIEX.
• Ensure the robustness of plastic parts.
• Lead the transfer process between the Project team and the Plant team.
• Plan all deliverables according to the project milestones.
• Plan and prepare physical PIVs.
• Present topics in various project instances: technical, economic, etc.
• Apply the RETEX (Feedback) and Capitalization process.
• Approve RT essentials.

Soft Skills: Rigor and precision in product data management. Analytical skills and ability to step back to assess technical impacts. Proactive, reactive, and capable of anticipating risks related to product evolutions. Sense of responsibility and strong commitment to the quality of work.
