The PMO Consultant supports project teams in the operational management and monitoring of activities. He/She ensures the management of schedules, monitoring of milestones and deliverables, as well as the production of reporting to guarantee compliance with cost, quality, and deadline objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and key milestones.
- Ensure deadlines and deliverable progress are met.
- Consolidate project data and track performance indicators.
- Produce regular reports on project progress (status, risks, actions, budgets).
- Identify discrepancies, alert stakeholders, and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate exchanges between different project stakeholders.
- Participate in progress meetings and prepare steering support materials.
- Ensure the reliability and updating of monitoring data.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
- First experience of 1-2 years in PMO, project management, or activity steering.
- Good understanding of industrial environments.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools is appreciated.
- Good command of office and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
