As part of our business development, we are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to support our clients in transforming and optimizing their business processes using the Salesforce platform. Your main responsibilities will include: Gathering and analyzing clients' functional requirements; designing Salesforce solutions tailored to their business challenges; configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform; implementing automations and optimizing processes; participating in the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases; providing user support and training; writing functional specifications and project documentation; collaborating with technical teams and various stakeholders; and staying informed about Salesforce developments and new features.

Desired Candidate Profile

Advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Salesforce environment. Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Autonomy, rigor, teamwork, and customer focus. Salesforce certifications are highly recommended.
