ملف المرشح المطلوب
درجة الماجستير (Bac+5) في الهندسة الصناعية، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد، أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة البرامج الصناعية أو إدارة الموردين، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في قطاع الطيران. خبرة في خط التوازن (LOB)، وخطط الاسترداد، وإعادة هيكلة الموردين. معرفة سليمة بالتخطيط الصناعي، والقدرة الإنتاجية، ومراقبة وقت تسليم الطلبيات. القدرة على تحديد الأهداف، وتحدي الموردين، وإدارة خطط العمل. إتقان برنامج Excel وأدوات إعداد تقارير الأداء ومراقبتها. مستوى جيد في اللغة الفرنسية واللغة الإنجليزية المهنية. يتسم بالدقة والاستقلالية والقدرة التحليلية، ويمتلك مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض.
Main mission: To manage supplier performance and monitor industrial programs to ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are met. To implement and monitor recovery plans necessary for the recovery of struggling suppliers.
Main responsibilities: Monitor the Line of Balance (LOB) to identify discrepancies between requirements, production, and deliveries. Analyze delays, production capacities, and risks that could affect supplier commitments. Develop and manage recovery plans with clearly defined actions, responsibilities, and deadlines. Challenge suppliers on their capacities, commitments, and action plans. Set production targets and monitor their achievement. Lead progress meetings and coordinate communication between suppliers, production, supply chain, and quality. Track performance indicators and alert on discrepancies requiring intervention. Provide regular reporting on program progress and supplier recovery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial program management or supplier management, ideally in the aerospace sector. Expertise in Line of Balance (LOB), recovery plans, and supplier turnaround. Sound knowledge of industrial planning, production capacity, and delivery lead time monitoring. Ability to set objectives, challenge suppliers, and manage action plans. Proficiency in Excel and performance reporting and monitoring tools. Good level of French and professional English. Rigorous, autonomous, analytical, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
