  • Italian speaking Agency Management Advisor based in Casablanca.

Responsibilities:

  • Transforming agent resources, and realizing the growth of anchor resources by assisting agents.
  • Responsible for managing the anchor talent pool, supervising the behavior of the agent anchor, and handling the daily problems of the agent anchor.
  • According to the agent's performance, formulate an agent promotion plan and optimize resources.
  • Communicate with agents to obtain market feedback, understand and analyze the situation of the Italy market including but no limited to living streaming，games, KOL collaboration and other social media.

Skills:

  • Fluent in Italian and English is mandatory，Top university graduation is preferred
  • Excellent teamwork spirit, very good communication and presentation skills. 
  • Interested in the culture of Live streaming, Gaming or entertainment industry, working experience in the internet company is preferred. 
  • Patient, responsible, and strong ability to execute the policy and resist compression.
