We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Personal Assistant for Australia. ma in Fes. 

This role involves a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to multi-skill and prioritize large volumes of tasks.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Personal Assistant duties including management of consulting timetable;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French;
  • All reception duties including phone calls, booking and managing appointments, and excellent customer service;
  • Content creation for social media platforms; 
  • Managing generic office tasks; 

 

The successful applicant will have: 

  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Gmail and Google Drive tools
  • A high level of customer service
  • Reliable, efficient, and able to work under pressure and autonomously.
  • Be creative and have initiative
  • Knowledge of the main social media platform like Instagram and Facebook;
