We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated ATBU CNC Technician to join our Manufacturing Engineering team within our plant in Tangier.

Position Summary

As a  CNC ( Computer Numerical Control ) Technician you will be responsible to operate multiple CNC machines, help improve our organization's productivity, performs quality checks of the parts produced and follows the existing procedures, to allow the monitoring of the quantities produced, of the various machines.

Your Role

• Uses extreme caution and observe all safe machining practices on first piece production parts to ensure clearance of tooling and machine parts.
• Monitoring machine performance to ensure that it is working properly and that no damage has been done to it.
• Handle all gauging, inspection equipment, and hand tools with proper care and have full understanding of their use.
• Operate and completely understand all machine controls and functions.
• Monitor cycle times and tooling and work with management to strive for continuous improvement.
• Maintains knowledge of tooling and fixtures used in CNC machining.
• Monitoring production rates and adjusting equipment settings to ensure that output goals are met.

Your Background

• Bac+ 2 In Mechanical Engineering with min 2 Years of experience as CNC operator.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• Good verbal and written English language skills
