Job Overview:

Infomineo, a dynamic Brainshoring firm is building a Tech Innovation Team and is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner or Product Manager to spearhead the development of our internal ERP tool, currently using Odoo. The ideal candidate will have a balanced level of expertise, and a proven track record of owning and enhancing internal ERP systems, preferably with experience in Odoo or similar platforms, in large enterprises. Experience in collaborating with remote teams is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership and Strategy:
  • Take ownership of the internal Odoo ERP tool, defining and driving the product vision and strategy.
  • Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Develop and communicate a roadmap that aligns with the company's business objectives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value.

• Agile Development and Iterative Delivery:
  • Implement agile methodologies to facilitate iterative and efficient product development.
  • Break down product features into user stories, ensuring clear communication and understanding within the development team.

• User Experience and Adoption:
  • Advocate for a seamless and intuitive user experience in collaboration with the design team.
  • Develop strategies to ensure high user adoption rates and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

• Remote Team Collaboration:
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within remote teams.
  • Leverage tools and processes to ensure remote team members are aligned with the product goals and timelines.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Odoo ERP tool and regularly monitor product performance.
  • Implement optimization strategies based on data-driven insights to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a focus on internal ERP tools, specifically Odoo or similar systems.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in a large enterprise setting, managing complex products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Odoo ERP or similar platforms, understanding their functionalities and integrations.
• Familiarity with remote team collaboration tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
