Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Casablanca office:


Junior HR business partner - On Site


What can you expect:


  • You will get the needed training from day one.


  • You will assist in various HR functions, including assistance to the recruitment team and on boarding  new colleagues, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and provide general administrative support to the HR team.


  • You need to be for a self-starter who can work independently and is eager to learn.


  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for People Managers to align HR and the business..

We will rely on you to:


  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.


  • Address employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.


  • Assist in employee relations matters.


  • Support the performance management process by maintaining employee records and assisting in performance evaluations.


  • Manage and update employee files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.


  • Help develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with changing business needs and legislative requirements.


  • Assist business with talent mapping and succession planning.


  • Assist with year end pay planning and pay equity.


  • Provide HR general administrative support.


  • Deploy locally regional and global new HR processes or initiatives Provide guidance and support to People Managers


What you need to have: 


  • 5 years of experience in an HR role within Moroccan’s market.


  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, best practices and Moroccan’s labour law


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


  • Fluency in French and English both verbal and written


  • Experience in working in a matrix and in a multinational organization


  • Demonstrated ability to coach People Managers effectively at all levels of the business through all steps of the employee life cycle including in more complex situations


What makes you stand out:


  • HR knowledge in the Tunisian market is an advantage


  • Fluency in Arabic language (Moroccan) is a plus.
