Duties & responsibilities
Provides first Level Technical Support on Dell supplied products and/or peripherals Identifies and resolves issues affecting customer client systems Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues
degree or equivalent in IT, hardware or software obtained in the last 12 months Fluency in French and English Excellent telephone and customer handling skills Ability to deal professionally with demanding customers Ability to learn new products and technologies
