● Manage medium to high level complexity projects or programs
● Coordinate project plans by monitoring schedules and ensuring quality in all deliveries
● Be the primary point of contact on the project with the customer
● Work with the Sales team to understand the services sold and the customer
requirements
● Handle a variety of customer issues through multiple communication channels
● Lead your project team to successful completion of the project
● Ensure quality and performance measurements are met and provide feedback to
management
● Guarantee the successful completion of required achievements and system-based
project closure
● Manage escalations and deal with management and executives to resolve issues
● Mentor newly hired PMs until they are ready to solo
