Job Scope:



The Customer & Chanel Development Specialist MT is fully empowered in implementation of customer marketing plan that supports the objectives of our brands and company volume delivery.
He executes the brand/category activities for Customer/Channels based on the Customer Marketing Plan defined every year.

Roles & Responsibilities



The role of CCD Specialist MT is crucial in the excellent implementation of activity plans at the customer level, in cooperation with the Modern Trade supervisor & Sales team, defined by below actions:
• Monthly Price Check in Modern Trade that needs to be shared Wk4 of the month.
• Monthly competitors review needs to be shared Wk1
• Ensures all information is available to plan and execute activations in all banners
• Brand sales analyses
• Prepare monthly presentation deck for activity meeting
• Follow sales and achievement vs Target
• Define and implement Trade Activations.
• Ensure Perfect execution of activations for Modern Trade
• Execute communication programs for Modern Trade
• Manage and implement Business events
• Supports Launch of innovations and follow up: Customer presentations, launch events, materials, Product Samples
• Prepare sales Plan and communication for Sales team
