Role purpose An effective communicator with proven ability in presenting complex proposals and reports to executive-level management and/or the Board.Practised in project and business financial reporting with the ability to present, interpret and integrate data sets. The ability to lead and actively participate in contractual negotiations, underpinned by demonstrated previous experience. Proven skills in assessing potential contractual and commercial exposure to Worley and JESA in the event of project performance issues. Deep understanding and knowledge of project and business cost base and basis for project gross margin and business profit. The ability to present detailed propositions to new and existing customers which result in long-term retained parentships. Strong Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills and a genuine desire to develop people. 10 to 15 years experience in roles that have led to, or supported, business growth
