Your Profile:
- Level of studies: Master's degree in finance, economics fields or equivalent
- Experience: Junior or at least 1 year of experience in similar area
- Language: Fluent in english
Main Responsibilities:
TaskDetailed description of main activitiesEnsure the correct accountsVAT data preparation for the entity/ entities in charge of (CSCs)Ensure the preparation of tax submissionsManaging relationship with External provider for VAT returnsEnsure compliance of the plant Clearing & postings related to VAT on SAP: ensure timely postings on SAP related to VAT payments & refunds
Prepare required data for VAT refunds , Prepare required data for VAT refunds
Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.* Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of procedures YEL/YMK, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) and the 5S.
