Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent who is passionate about delivering excellent service. You will start training in our Tangier office and later transition to remote work. This role requires flexibility for shift rotation within a small team, offering real-time assistance to customers over email and live chat.


Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat.

Ensure clear, helpful, and friendly communication, assisting customers with a variety of questions and concerns.

Collaborate with team members to manage 24/7 shift rotation and maintain consistent support coverage.

Provide quick and effective solutions, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Prior customer support experience (preferred).

Ability to work in rotating shifts.

Strong internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
