POSITION SUMMARY We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to effectively manage and guide the NP Sales Team in alignment with current Route to Market (RTM) strategies to achieve business and sales objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing the Commercial Plan, outlining necessary sales and funding requirements, while ensuring that NP technical operations adhere to established KPIs. This role involves managing human and material resources related to CAPEX, Trade Assets investment, and operational development. Additionally, the candidate will develop and implement short, medium, and long-term strategies aimed at delivering exceptional service to both customers and consumers.
A DAY IN THE LIFE ...
Develop and Build Key Drivers related to BS in country OMP. Ensure execution by conducting the ORs Achieve sales targets and meet the set budgets, while track performance through C4C for Service and take corrective actions for underperforming machines. Effective Management, Coordination and control of technical TARE Budgets related to the BS operation Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize their teams efforts and results (direct and also BSP teams). Support with building key customer relationship for sustainable business growth, conducting JBP. Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, tele sales, direct contact, etc.. Compliance to internal SOP's and processes. Review policies annually to make sure they are still valid. Manage the TA’s planning cycle by efficiently driving the integration of trade assets into the Monthly Business Planning Cycle. Manager third party suppliers on the Trade assets Management related activities, in alignment with the NP TAM Best Practices. Implement the Trade Assets Management Best Practices and develop operations team in the region. Manage our Beverage Service Partners and report identified KPIs, such as the accomplishment of installation and maintenance program, and control TA in order to guarantee the end cup profile, ensure optimal operational cost; maintain Installation and Withdrawal contracts. Ensure proper stock supply through accurate monthly forecast, manage sell out from BSP to operators, spare parts inventory, and monitor the level of bad goods returns in CBS business. Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement for the business. Optimize the sales and service structure in the operation. Being involved in the selection of 3rd party service provider selection process.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
Master’s Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management) More than 5 years in business operations, preferably in the Out of Home environment. Strong experience in Sales or marketing. Coordination experience in NiM environment, and working in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others. Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry. Technical experience is a plus. Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus)
