CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE - WORK FROM HOME, FULL-TIME ONLY

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to process inbound and outbound calls remotely.
Market: US and CA.
Vertical: Insurance.
You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering calls and scheduling meetings. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers
- Qualify prospects
- Resolve client queries
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Requirements:
- CPU: min 4000 score AMD/i5 8th generation or higher with min 8 GB RAM
Windows 10/11
- Internet: Fiber optic connection
- Ability to work 8/9-hour shifts 5d/week in EST. Shifts between 9am - 9pm EST.
Compensation and Benefits:
- USD $500 basic monthly salary + up to USD $500 bonus/month
Skills
- Great command of both English and French languages
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good computer skills.
- Good command of effective negotiations with a knack for explaining all the benefits of a product or service.
- Ready to adapt and elevate existing skills based on improvement feedback.
