Job :

Join a major player in the Energy sector as a Project Planning Engineer. Based in Casablanca, you will join a dynamic team to help with the success of important projects. Your role will be key in defining and following schedules, making sure company initiatives are done well.

Your main goals will be to create and improve project plans, foresee possible risks related to the schedule, and make sure all sides agree on deadlines and important steps. This means managing deadlines to deliver projects in the best way possible.

• Creating and keeping the schedule and its deadlines up to date. 
• Assessing physical progress. 
• Following project progress, analyzing differences from the original plan, and suggesting ways to fix them.
• Working closely with project managers, technical teams, and other departments to get updates on progress.
• Preparing regular reports on project status and presenting them to stakeholders.
• Helping to continuously improve planning processes.

With a Master's degree from an engineering school, you have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the energy sector or in managing complex projects.

You are skilled with project planning tools like MS Project and Primavera, and you have excellent analysis and synthesis skills. You are precise, organized, and good at prioritizing. You also have good communication skills that let you work well with different teams. You are independent and proactive, able to take initiative and help projects succeed.
