Your mission as a Customer Advisor: As a Customer Advisor, you will play an essential role by:

• Responding accurately to customer inquiries from the Canadian market during the hours of 1 PM to 1 AM (local time).
• Handling incoming calls to answer questions and resolve customer issues, while ensuring rigorous follow-up.
• Demonstrating advanced technical aptitude: using tools and technologies to understand and resolve complex situations.

The profile of our Game-Changers: We are looking for talents who:

• Master French perfectly, both written and spoken.
• Are available to work between 1 PM and 1 AM (local time).
• Possess excellent communication skills: clarity, pedagogy, patience, with the ability to explain technical solutions simply.
• Have good technical aptitude: understanding of digital tools and technical systems, with a curiosity to learn quickly.
• Are organized, autonomous, proactive, and capable of effectively managing priorities even under pressure.

Recruitment Process:

• Online tests (1 hour): After receiving your application, you will receive an email to participate in a series of interactive tests assessing your linguistic, technical, and personality skills.
• Phone exchange: Exploratory conversation with a member of our recruitment team to discover Concentrix and confirm the suitability of your profile.
• In-person interview: In-depth discussion to validate your skills and align your ambitions with our culture.
