Roles & Responsibilities

Upon your arrival, you will join the Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team, a community of over 200 employees driven by a strong international dynamic, while working for French clients. You will report to the Office Director, in a stimulating and collaborative environment. Your mission? To support the various teams from our client support pole based in Morocco, by assisting them in their daily operations. After a training phase on our tools and methods, you will become a true pillar of operational efficiency.

What you will do on a daily basis:

• Mission and Client Management: Creation and tracking of client codes and missions, updating key information.
• Administrative and Operational Monitoring: Invoicing & Financial Tracking, creation and updating of mission billing tables, accounting and sending of invoices, tracking of collections and recovery.
• Treasury: Creation of direct debit mandates, tracking of direct debit operations.
• Internal Subcontracting: Creation and tracking of purchase orders.
• Time & Expenses: Tracking and processing of operations related to time and expenses.
• Reporting: Editing summaries, performing accounting and administrative exports.

Desired Candidate Profile

To accomplish these missions, you come from a background in management, accounting, or administration, and you have several years of experience in structured or structuring environments. You are proficient with office tools as well as ERP systems, and you wish to apply your analytical skills, your rigor, your sense of service, and your team spirit to a challenging and learning profession, at the heart of operational transformation.
