Your tasks:
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of various action plans defined by After-Sales Management.
- Ensure the application of various after-sales standards as defined by the represented brand(s).
- Deploy programs or actions aimed at increasing revenue from service and spare parts.
- Implement and set up customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
- Establish processes aimed at ensuring service quality and reducing workshop returns in accordance with the directives of the represented brand(s).
- Implement the annual training plan for after-sales staff as defined by the Training Department.
- Recruit, onboard, and integrate new employees.
- Strengthen team spirit and employee motivation.
- Regularly inform employees about company directions and qualitative and quantitative performance indicators.
- Train and transfer knowledge during weekly quality briefings.
- Plan staffing while respecting budgets and after consulting Management.
- Ensure optimal use of available resources (human and material).
- Adhere to directives regarding warranties and commercial gestures.
- Comply with environmental constraints and legal directives (workplace accidents, labor regulations, environmental protection).
- Monitor and analyze the after-sales performance indicators of the service center.
- Hold monthly meetings with After-Sales Management, presenting the past month's results and objectives for the next month.
- Daily supervision of customer reception operations.
- Daily supervision of vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
- Handle and follow up on customer complaints.
- Monitor the quality of advice, workshop services, vehicle return process, work quality, and SAV communication and information.
Required profile :
As an engineer (preferably in mechanics or electromechanics), you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, including 3 years as an After-Sales Manager.
