Roles & Responsibilities

The intern will support a cross-functional quality improvement project focused on the review, simplification, and standardization of work instructions, procedures, and operator evaluation tools. The objective is to improve documentation clarity, strengthen alignment between written standards and shopfloor practice, and contribute to the reduction of systemic internal excursions.

Main Responsibilities

The intern will support activities such as:

• Review of existing work instructions, control plans, and related documentation
• Identification of unclear, missing, or inconsistent procedure points
• Support in building operator knowledge evaluation tests based on process steps
• Analysis of internal excursions and lessons learnt from other lines
• Participation in documentation gap analysis and standardization workshops
• Preparation of summaries, tables, and presentation materials for project reviews
• Support in KPI definition and follow-up related to documentation usage and operator understanding
• Contribution to the update and harmonization of WI / RTP / OCAP-related content
• Support in administrative and coordination tasks linked to the project

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• preparing Engineer / Master degree in industrial manufacturing, quality or similar
• Interest in manufacturing, quality, process improvement, or industrial engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Power Bi is an asset
• Good analytical and writing skills
• Ability to work with operational teams and follow instructions precisely
• Good English and French level
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Desired Candidate Profile
