Job :

Join our dynamic team in the automotive sector in Casablanca as a Warehouse Manager. Your role will be central in managing and optimizing our stock, thus contributing directly to the smooth running of our operations and to customer satisfaction.

Your main goal will be to ensure rigorous and efficient management of all stock of parts and accessories. This involves ensuring the availability of necessary items for the teams, while controlling inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize stockouts.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, checking, and storing goods according to established procedures.
• Preparing customer orders and parts needed for technical interventions.
• Managing physical and cycle counts, as well as tracking stock movements via our IT system.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of warehouse management processes.
• Supervising and training warehouse staff if necessary.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of the warehouse.

You have a diploma of Bac +2 level (equivalent to a 2-year associate's degree), ideally in a field related to Sales / Commerce / Export.

With experience ranging from 3 to 10 years in similar roles, you have already demonstrated your ability to manage a significant stock and lead teams.

To excel in this role, the following skills will be essential:

• Excellent knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles.
• Proven organizational and meticulous skills.
• Ability to use stock management software (ERP, WMS).
• A strong sense of customer service and good interpersonal skills for interacting with different teams.
• Good stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Management skills would be an asset.
