وصف الوظيفة: بصفته قائد تقني Java في Devoteam، ستلعب دوراً رئيسياً في تصميم وتطوير وتوصيل حلول برمجية رئيسية. ستقود فريقاً من المطورين ذوي الخبرة وتعمل عن كثب مع معم erscheint architects، ومديري المشاريع والعملاء لضمان نجاح مشاريعنا. المسؤوليات: تصميم وتطوير والحفاظ على تطبيقات ويب قوية باستخدام Java و Angular. توجيه وتوجيه فريق من المطورين، وتقديم التوجيه الفني، ومراجعات الشيفرة، والخبرة المعمقة. التعاون مع مهندسي البرمجيات لتحديد الهندسة التقنية للمشاريع. العمل عن كثب مع الفرق ومديري المشاريع لفهم المتطلبات الوظيفية وترجمتها إلى حلول تقنية فعالة. ضمان جودة الشيفرة، الأداء، وأمان التطبيقات المطورة. المشاركة بنشاط في مناقشات تحسين عمليات التطوير واعتماد أفضل الممارسات. البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات والتطورات التكنولوجية في مجال Java

Job Description: As a Java Tech Lead at Devoteam, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of key software solutions. You will lead a team of experienced developers and work closely with our architects, project managers, and clients to ensure the success of our projects. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Java and Angular. Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and in-depth expertise. Collaborate with software architects to define the technical architecture of projects. Work closely with teams and project managers to understand functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, and security of developed applications. Actively participate in discussions on improving development processes and adopting best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technological developments in the field of Java
Desired Candidate Profile
En tant que Tech Lead Java il est n cessaire d' avoir les comp tences et les qualit s dans le d veloppement informatique, le management et la gestion de projet : Vous avez une exp rience av r e en tant que D veloppeur Java et en tant que leader technique Vous maitrisez parfaitement 1 ou plusieurs langages du monde Java et vous montrez un int r t et une expertise particuli re pour l'architecture applicative Vous tes curieux sur plusieurs champs d'application de l'informatique : web-front, mobile apps, backend API, Full Stack,, etc. Vous tes capable de comprendre les possibilit s techniques qui sont disposition et de pouvoir les exprimer dans le produit, pour l'optimiser en termes de co t, d'efforts, etc. Vous avez d'excellentes comp tences en communication et en r solution de probl mes. Vous avez la Capacit travailler efficacement dans un environnement collaboratif et dispatcher les t ches de mani re strat gique. Vous avez une compr hension approfondie des principes de conception logicielle, de l'architecture des applications et des bonnes pratiques de d veloppement. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils et des m thodologies de d veloppement agiles. Vous avez une bonne ma trise de l'anglais, aussi bien l' crit qu' l'oral.
