• Supervise all construction and finishing work of the structures

• Check the compliance of the work carried out with the project plans and specifications
• Plan, and ensure deadlines are met by the different parties involved
• Coordinate all service providers and project management
• Assist and participate in the handover of the works by the project management
• Ensure the delivery of the properties or structures and provide after-sales service and ensure proper operation during use
 

2-year degree or professional license in civil engineering and building

8 years of experience in project management

Monitoring the budget, deadlines, and quality of the construction site.

Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations.

Good sense of organization, leadership, and communication.

Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions on the construction site.
