الأدوار والمسؤوليات
كاستشاري في مكاتبنا في الدار البيضاء، ستساعد عملاءنا المحليين من مختلف قطاعات الأعمال (النقل، الطاقة، البنوك والتأمين، القطاع العام)، لا سيما في مشاريع التحول الرقمي الخاصة بهم: إدارة البيانات، استراتيجية تكنولوجيا المعلومات، التقنيات الجديدة (الأجهزة IoT، 5G، RPA، الذكاء الاصطناعي، blockchain)، التقنيات الناشئة (الحوسبة الكمية)، الحوسبة السحابية، APIzation للنظام المعلوماتي، إدارة برامج كبيرة، وغيرها. ستعمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات في مجموعة واسعة من المهام مثل: التنظيم والحوكمة: تحويل المنظمات ونموذجها التشغيلي الاستراتيجية التشغيلية ومشاريع التحول: تعريف الاستراتيجية وخريطة الطريق، تأطير وتوجيه البرامج/المشروعات، دعم النشر الأداء التشغيلي: تعريف/تحسين تجربة العميل، العمليات الأساسية، ورحلات المستخدم، التميز التشغيلي (إدارة Lean)، التدقيق/التشخيص والتوصيات (المنظمة، العمليات، الحوكمة، تحديد المخاطر...) الأداء الاقتصادي: دراسات جدوى، معايير الأداء، التحسين المالي ستشارك أيضاً في الحياة الداخلية للشركة حول مواضيع مختلفة: تطوير وتقوية عروضنا من خلال التدريب، ومجموعات العمل، ونشر الدعم الداخلي والخارجي، وتطوير فرص جديدة من خلال الردود على المناقصات والعروض التجارية سياسة النشر داخل الفريق (كتابة المقالات، فك تشفير)

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a consultant in our Casablanca offices, you will assist our local clients from various business sectors (transport, energy, banking & insurance, public sector), particularly in their digital transformation projects: data management, IT strategy, new technologies (IoT, 5G, RPA, AI, blockchain), emerging technologies (quantum computing), cloud computing, SI APIzation, large program management, etc. You will work within a multidisciplinary team on a wide variety of missions such as: Organization & Governance: transformation of organizations and their operational model Operational Strategy and transformation projects: definition of strategy and roadmap, framing and steering of programs/projects, deployment support Operational Performance: definition/optimization of customer experience, core processes, and user journeys, operational excellence (Lean Management), audit/diagnostic and recommendations (organization, processes, governance, risk mapping...) Economic Performance: Business Cases, Benchmarks, financial optimization You will also be involved in the internal life of the firm, around different topics: Development and strengthening of our offers through training, working groups, dissemination of internal and external support, Development of new opportunities through responses to tenders and commercial proposals The publication policy of the team (writing articles, decrypting)
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduated from a Bac+5 degree from a top engineering school, business school, or university, you ideally have consulting experience. You have an appetite for data and AI related issues, the ability to quickly acquire skills in these areas, and are enthusiastic about helping our clients seize opportunities.
