The Foundever Group is recruiting for its site based in Casanearshore customer service advisors in call reception who will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers experiencing difficulties, in a spirit of loyalty and satisfaction, by providing a complete and reliable response to their requests.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls;
- Listening to and diagnosing their needs to provide them with the appropriate solution;
- Applying defined processes and mastering the use of tools;
- Reporting any information that helps identify a malfunction or improve a procedure;
- Contributing to the smooth running of the service;
- Ensuring that qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile Sought
- Graduated with a Baccalaureate and above;
- A good level of French (both spoken and written);
- A sense of listening and service;
- Good knowledge of computer tools;
- Diligent, committed, punctual.
