Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and motivated profile with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The person must be comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, both internally and with clients. The profile should also have a real commercial drive: the ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, promote our training offer, and actively contribute to the development of this activity.
Main missions:
- Participate in the development and promotion of training activities;
- Identify and qualify client needs;
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of training offers;
- Ensure coordination with trainers, clients, and internal teams;
- Participate in prospecting and developing new commercial opportunities;
- Ensure follow-up of actions and contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty.
This is therefore not just an administrative or coordination role. We are looking for a proactive, autonomous, and development-oriented person, capable of taking initiative and concretely contributing to the growth of the activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+3 minimum in commerce, management, engineering or equivalent training;
- Very good communication and presentation skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and ease with clients;
- Commercial acumen and interest in business development;
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously;
- Dynamism, autonomy, commitment, and initiative;
